You can use this tool to Encode/Decode or Hash text messages. Also it support cracking hashes and cyphers.
When you download the source, it also comes with a bulk encoder/decoder which you may use on text files.

It's more like an exercise for writing GUI applications. Its pretty simple and you should run it via a terminal.

A Telegram bot.

You can get random NSFW images from it, as the name suggests. Since I'm using a free web host, the bot now has a very small (about 500 Mb) database of images. Images from this repository.
